The Yearly Kos Regional Caucuses will be held (tentatively) on Thursday, August 2nd, 2007. Each caucus will be 60 minutes long and be led by a team of regional activists. Here's a sample template for the schedule of a regional caucus:

2. Regional Topics: introductory discussion of three hot topics from region (15min).
