Isaac Smith is a graduate student of public policy at the University of Maryland. He formerly ran a blog on Maryland politics called The Old Line, and now spearheads the new Soapblox-powered version of the Maryland group blog, Free State Politics. In addition, Isaac founded the Frederick, Maryland, chapter of Drinking Liberally.
